Juanda's Place is inspired by her journey through the complex home health care system. Juanda spent eight years receiving care at home, including help with mobility and breathing, pain and medication management, daily living activities, skilled nursing, and finally hospice care.

We will help you find equipment, home care services, a care coach, and caregiver training. We can also help you explore home health care, respite care to give caregivers a break, palliative care, and hospice. We will guide you through arranging services and understanding payment and support options, including Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, veterans benefits, and community programs.
